Ordering Information Return to Top

All orders from Red Tulip are processed through the Paypal system, a 100% secure server. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order from us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.

If you would rather pay by check or money order, please email us with your order. Please make checks payable to Red Tulip. Your order will not shipped out until payment is received and the funds have cleared our bank.

Each piece is handmade, so please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon request. For any order questions, please email us at info@redtulipjewelry.com.

All sizes and lengths for our jewelry are listed in the description section for each piece. If you require a different length, please email us at info@redtulipjewelry.com.

Please note that Red Tulip jewelry is created using hand selected natural semi-precious gemstones. Gemstones are a natural mineral and each stone may differ in size, color, and shape. We will do our best to match all stones to each other.

A California 8.5% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipping in CA.

All orders will be shipped INSURED UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified. Red Tulip is not responsible for jewelry that is lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the courier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Red Tulip will accept unworn item(s) in its original condition for exchange or credit towards your next purchase within 7 days of receipt less shipping costs. We will only accept returns that are in the original packaging, so please package your item properly. Please ship your items back to Red Tulip via UPS Ground and don’t forget to insure your items! Please contact us at info@redtulipjewelry.com for the return address. Red Tulip is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. We do not offer any refunds. Any custom made pieces are a final sale and cannot be returned. We will not accept returns of worn or damaged jewelry.

Repairs Return to Top

Jewelry is delicate, so please use care when wearing them and taking them off. We will be happy to make repairs within 3 months of receipt of the item at no cost to you (except for shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with returning the item and us sending the item back to you). Please email us at info@redtulipjewelry.com first before sending your item to us for repair.
